You will receive a model fact-find, suitability report, and annual review report for a moderately-complex pension and investment case which can be used as a reference for future cases, and a recording of the workshop.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Explain the compliance and technical principles and rules behind annual financial planning reviews, including the re-establishment of the client's risk profile, the honing of their objectives as they become closer, and the recalculation of their capacity for loss.
- Analyse existing pension and investment arrangements (including investment performance and continued strategy, investment, and wrapper suitability) using robust, repeatable methods including cashflow modelling.
- Evidence and present your advice in an annual review report with personalised "reasons why" and "disadvantages" so that it convincing, professional, and compliant.
